I have Nocturnal Epilepsy and I have a difficult time going on flights as it makes me anxious. If my dog Buddha was with me, it will keep me calm. I have a doctor here in Costa Rica who is willing to sign. Is a Board Certified Medical Family Doctor sufficient. I am Canadian and stuck in Costa Rica as they will not permit my dog to fly as baggage at this time. If I buy the document and get it signed while I’m here in Costa Rica, but I am a Canadian Citizen, do you think it will be recognized as legitimate by the airlines?
