The only time an animal “attacks” is when they feel threaten or a negative energy from others the animal is not normally in contact with or the person’s mannerism is threatening. Just like when an animal can sense danger (natural disaster) and goes in protection mode.

Pets (emotional support animals) are a danger to other passenggers on SW Airlines flights. Numerous examples of other passengers being attacked by support animals on board the aircraft and at check-in. SW should care more about customer safety than the dangerous practice of other passengers who are not concerned about the safety of others on the ssme flight. I would like to see SW adopt the same regulations as United and Delta Airlines regarding animals on board. They seen to show a greater concern for the safety of the flying public;
