That should work. If you have a psychiatrist willing to write you a letter explaining the need for an ESA, you do NOT need to use our service or any other service online. Please be wary of “registration” services as there is no legally sanctioned ESA registration in the United States at this time.
As for the period of effect, it is only good for one year. You must renew it annually for it to remain valid.
